About Reports
Q1. How much does each report cost?
Each personalised numerology report is priced between ₹320 to ₹599 only, at a discounted price against the Original price. You may purchase one or multiple reports at the same time.
Q2. How long does it take to receive my report?
Your personalised PDF report will be delivered to your Email ID within 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). However, we strive to deliver it to you at the earliest possible!
Q3. In what format will I receive the report?
All reports are delivered as PDF files, which you can download and keep for lifetime reference.
Q4. What details do I need to provide?
You will be asked to provide your Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email ID, and specific concerns (if any) at the time of order.
Q5. Can I cancel my order after paying?
Since each report is personalised, cancellations and refunds are not possible once processing has begun. Please double-check your details before submitting.
About Consultations
Q6. What is the fee for a consultation?
Each consultation is priced from ₹2,100 (a huge 60% discount on the original price of ₹5,000) per session, payable in advance.
Q7. How long is a consultation session?
Each session usually lasts around 30 minutes, depending on the client’s needs.
Q8. What happens in a consultation?
During your consultation, Mr. Nietin RJ will combine modalities of Occult Science to give you a holistic plan of remedies.
Q9. How do I book a consultation?
Simply visit our Consultation Page, select a suitable date & time slot, pay securely online, and receive instant confirmation.
Q10. Can I reschedule my consultation?
Yes, rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours prior notice. However, fees are non-refundable once a booking is confirmed.
Payments & Security
Q11. How do I make payments?
All payments are made securely online via Razorpay. You can pay using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallets.
Q12. Is my payment secure?
Yes, absolutely. Razorpay is one of India’s most trusted payment gateways, with full PCI-DSS compliance for data safety.
Q13. Do you offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?
No. All services (reports and consultations) are 100% prepaid only.

Q14. Do you offer refunds?
*Reports: No refunds once processing has begun, since each report is customised.
*Consultations: No refunds, but rescheduling is possible with prior notice.
*Refunds are only considered in rare cases of duplicate payments or technical errors (see our Refund Policy for details).
Q15. Is my personal data safe?
Yes. We value your privacy. Your details are used only to prepare your reports and consultations.

Q16. Can I book a consultation without ordering a report?
Yes. Consultations can be booked independently, even if you haven’t purchased any report.
Q17. Will remedies definitely work for me?
Results may vary depending on individual circumstances, karma, and free will. Remedies are given with sincerity and healing intent, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Q18. Are your services a replacement for medical treatment?
No. Our services are for spiritual and holistic guidance only. They should not replace professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
