1. Definitions
“We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Dhanira Healing, owned and operated by Mr. Nietin RJ.
“You”, “Client”, “User” refers to any person accessing this website or purchasing our services/reports.
“Services” include personalised numerology reports, consultations, healing guidance, and related offerings provided by us.
2. Nature of Services
All reports and consultations are intended for spiritual guidance, self-awareness, and holistic well-being.
They are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.
By availing our services, you accept full responsibility for your choices and outcomes.
3. Prepaid Services
All services (reports and consultations) are 100% prepaid through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
No Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or postpaid services are available.
4. Delivery of Reports
Reports are personalised and delivered via Email and WhatsApp within 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). However, we will strive to deliver it to you at earliest possible time!
Clients must ensure correct details are provided during order placement (Name, DOB, Mobile, Email, etc.).
Reports are non-transferable and intended only for the person who purchased them.
5. Consultations
Consultation fee is ₹2,100 (a huge 60% discount on the original price of ₹5,000) per session, payable in advance.
Consultation slots must be booked through the booking system provided on our website.
Rescheduling is permitted with 24 hours prior notice.
Missed appointments without prior notice will be treated as consumed.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, graphics, reports, PDFs, images, branding) is the intellectual property of Dhanira Healing.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any material without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our reports, consultations, or website.
The client is solely responsible for how they interpret and use the guidance provided.
8. Privacy
Your personal information (Name, DOB, Mobile Number, Email, etc.) is used only for generating your reports and providing services.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
10. Refund & Cancellation
As per our Refund Policy, personalised reports and consultations are non-refundable once processing begins.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors (see Refund Policy for details).
Since consultation slots are blocked in advance and personalised preparation is done, fees are non-refundable.
However, one-time rescheduling is permitted with prior notice.
11. Exceptions
Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional situations: 1. Duplicate payment made by error. 2, Technical/payment gateway failure where the transaction amount is debited but not credited to our account. In such cases, refunds will be initiated back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days, after verification.
Reports
At Dhanira Healing, we value the trust you place in us. Each service and report is personalised with care, sincerity, and healing intent. To ensure fairness and transparency, we follow the policy below:
1. Prepaid Services Only
All reports are processed only after 100% advance payment through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay).
2. Personalised Nature
Since reports are custom-prepared based on your name, date of birth, mobile number, and other personal details, they are non-transferable and non-refundable once we begin processing.
* If you notice any error in the personal details you submitted, please email us within 12 hours of placing the order at contact@dhanirahealing.com. * After that, we cannot modify inputs as the report generation process would already have begun.
Consultations
1. Prepaid & Confirmed
Consultation bookings are confirmed only after 100% advance payment.
2. Rescheduling
* If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. * We will make every effort to provide you with the next available convenient slot.
